Need help selecting the right equipment to suit your needs?  Do you have a system that needs troubleshooting and resolution?  Contact the Nalco Global Equipment Solutions (NGES) Technical Support Group for all your equipment needs!  The Technical Support Group consists of experienced, dedicated technicians and engineers who are trained on products and specifications to insure proper utilization in your applications.  They can provide technical support, ranging from basic product information to integrated engineering solutions.

Integration/Application Engineering
These Engineers are regionally deployed and provide on-site engineering services to integrate Nalco equipment solutions into your facility.  They are highly experienced project engineers who can work with your engineers to develop and insure the appropriate solution is incorporated into plant processes and all local requirements are satisfied.  Services provided include the following:

  • Project management services including design, specification, procurement, fabrication, installation, and start-up for the equipment solution
  • On-site plant assessments for identification of equipment product and system requirements and recommendations
  • High-level troubleshooting for automation systems, including PLC’s and SCADA systems, and other automated equipment systems
  • Detailed scopes of work for the appropriate equipment system and proposals for an integrated system
  • Detailed system quotations with appropriate product literature and documentation

Pretreatment Application Engineering
These Engineers are specifically focused on pretreatment equipment like water filtration, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis.  They have the expertise and experience to help you apply Nalco’s UltraTreat® industrial water treatment systems in your application.

Help Desk
Our Technical Support Help Desk, staffed by System Application Specialists, responds to your telephone requests, faxes, and emails including:

  • Support and assistance with equipment standard product information and literature
  • Selection and pricing of equipment products Troubleshooting and resolution of field equipment problems
  • Escalation of more comprehensive technical issues to other technical support resources
